So, here’s the boring bit…

Section 1: NN Card

1a: The NN Card is a product owned, ran and distributed by Hometown Projects Ltd (Company No: 11573758) as registered in England & Wales.

1b: The NN Card is a trading name operated by Hometown Projects Ltd.

Section 2: Consumer Acceptance

2a: In using NN Card, its website and social media pages, consumers must accept T&C’s as detailed.

2b: All customers who purchase an NN Card must accept T&C’s as detailed.

Section 3: Terms of Service

Once a customer has purchased an NN Card, the following rules apply.

3a: All customers acknowledge and accept that in order for an NN Card to be accepted, they must be present when it is presented, and that it may not be presented in their absence. Should the card be presented without the valid cardholder, NN Card partners reserve the right to confiscate the card.

3b: All customers acknowledge that their NN Card must only be presented when in date. If the card has expired, NN Card partners will advise the customer to renew their subscription, but will not offer any discount or reward.

3c: All customers acknowledge that their NN Card will not and shall not be accepted if it is damaged to a high degree (snapped, torn, or with damage making details impossible to read), and they must replace the card at their own cost.

3d: All customers acknowledge that in the event that an NN Card is lost, damaged or stolen, they must report the card as such to hello@nncard.co.uk with the subject header ‘Card Report’ followed by the cardholder name.

3e: In the event that an NN Card is lost, damaged or stolen, NN Card shall not be responsible for incurring costs.

3f: In the event that an NN Card is used in ways which violate this agreement, NN Card shall not be responsible for incurring costs.

Section 4: Customer Data

NN Card values its customer’s privacy, and as such, goes to great lengths to insure that data is handled with great care, and doesn’t end up in the wrong places.

In order to provide a service which benefits both customers and NN Card partners, NN Card collects data in order to create marketing campaigns, and also gain a deeper understanding of consumer trends.

4a: Customers consent to NN Card retaining email information; namely email addresses, in order to be added to NN Card’s email newsletters.

4b: NN Card does not and shall not retain any billing information, including; payment details and customers address.
